Building Ergonomics Programs That Scale

Building Ergonomics Programs That Scale

We invite you to join us for this free event at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse on Thursday, June 25th. If this roundtable would be of interest to one of your colleagues, please feel free to share the invitation with them. We look forward to seeing you!

Building a scalable ergonomics program requires far more than good intentions: it demands alignment, persistence, and a clear path from pilot program to practice. In this interactive roundtable, the panel will share candid, real-world accounts of how their ergonomics efforts evolved from a single-site initiative into a standardized program supporting multiple locations.

Participants will explore the early conditions that sparked the program, including the initial goals and realities that shaped its foundation. The discussion will then dive into the challenges encountered along the way--competing priorities, uneven adoption, and the complexity of expanding beyond isolated efforts. From there, panel will highlight the pivotal decisions that enabled growth, including leveraging the VelocityEHS Ergonomics solution and partnering with Fit For Work to bring consistency, engagement, and structure across sites.
